We believe in nur­tur­ing our future gen­er­a­tion of doctors.

We strive to train them well in terms of med­ical com­pe­tency. More impor­tantly, we believe in nur­tur­ing the per­sonal growth of our doc­tors, in all aspect of their devel­op­ment. We hope that they will become excel­lent clin­i­cians who can deliver expert and com­pas­sion­ate care. We will count on them to look after us (and our fam­ily) in the future.

We value our teach­ers. We believe that their mis­sion to train is of upmost impor­tance and we sup­port them fully to achieve their mis­sion. We recog­nise them in var­i­ous way.

We are a fam­ily. We work hard and play hard together. The jour­ney of a junior doc­tor is a dif­fi­cult one. We are here to sup­port, to encour­age and to share.

We lis­ten. We believe that feed­back is essen­tial. We take them seri­ously and do some­thing about them!
